StayBoba (HustleVentures) is hiring a graphic designer who makes brands look sharp — social media, websites, banners, posters, and typography.
The Role
We're looking for a graphic designer who creates scroll-stopping visuals across formats — banners, posters, website imagery, typography-led graphics, and social media creatives for our 39+ products.

What You'll Design
Real briefs across 39+ product brands — parental controls, AI photo tools, travel, fintech, marketplaces, and more.
Tools & Skills
Required: Fluency in at least one professional design workflow — Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva Pro, CorelDRAW, or equivalent. We judge the output, not the tool.
Strongly preferred — AI-assisted design: Our creative production is AI-first. Comfort using AI image tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Gemini/Imagen, Flux, or similar) as part of your workflow — generating, editing, and refining — is a big plus. You should still be able to fix, composite, and finish AI output by hand.
Bonus:
- Motion graphics / simple animation (After Effects, Lottie, or similar)
- Short-form video editing (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci)
- Basic brand-system thinking — design tokens, reusable templates, consistency across a family of products

Every application must include a design task. This is how we shortlist — no task, no review.
Design 3 Instagram posts for WhitelistVideo
- Review the product: whitelist.video and the Instagram handle @whitelistvideo.
- Read the full task brief: Design Task Brief (opens in a new tab) — it has the brand colors, fonts, and 20 post ideas with all text written for you.
- Pick 3 post ideas from the brief (each from a different category) and design them as finished Instagram posts. Plan for about 4–6 hours total.
- Use any tool you want — the final output is what matters.
- In the form below: upload your strongest post as an image (PNG/JPG/WebP), and share your Figma / public file link covering all 3 posts in the design-files field if you have one.
Selection Process
No aptitude tests. We evaluate based on what you can design.
Submit your portfolio, social handles, and the 3-post Instagram design task (per the task brief) via this page.
Shortlisted candidates join a video call and open the source files (PSD/AI/Fig/etc.) of designs from their portfolio — including client work — and walk us through how they were made. This verifies the work is genuinely yours.
Real design briefs across our brands. We evaluate output quality, speed, iteration on feedback, and consistency.
If the trial goes well, you receive a 3-month internship offer at ₹10,000/month.

FAQ
Do I need a design degree?
No. We evaluate your portfolio and your task submission, not your certificates.
Which tools should I know?
Any professional workflow — Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, CorelDRAW. We only judge the final output. Comfort with AI image tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Gemini, Flux) is a strong plus — our creative production is AI-first.
Will I only design social media posts?
No. You'll work across the full range: social creatives, ad banners, website and blog imagery, logos and brand kits, app icons, app store screenshots, and YouTube thumbnails — for multiple product brands.
Why do you check source files?
To verify the portfolio work is genuinely yours. Shortlisted candidates open the source files of their designs (including client work) on a live call and walk us through them. If you made it, this takes two minutes.
Is the 1-week trial paid?
No. It's a short set of test briefs designed to evaluate real working conditions — quality, speed, and how you take feedback. Think of it as a practical interview replacement.
Will every intern get the full-time role?
No. The full-time offer (₹20,000/month) is based on evaluation during the 3-month internship. Not all interns will graduate to the permanent role.
Can I be let go during the internship?
Yes. The internship is a probation period. Engagement may be discontinued at any point for work quality, personality fit, cultural fit, or any other mismatch. You'll always get clear feedback along the way.
Is Saturday a working day?
Yes. The schedule is Monday to Saturday.
Can I work with my current device?
You need your own laptop or desktop capable of running your design tools. We don't provide hardware.
